Joe Patton

Joe Patton joined Silveus Insurance Group in 2011 and holds crop insurance licenses in multiple states, serving agricultural producers throughout the Southeast, Midwest, and High Plains regions.

Joe is a 1994 graduate of North Manchester High School. He later continued his education at Indiana Wesleyan University, earning a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 2012.

Agriculture has been an important part of Joe’s life from an early age. Much of his youth was spent working alongside his father on a local farm, giving him firsthand exposure to agriculture and an early appreciation for the hard work and challenges producers face. During high school, Joe further developed his agricultural experience by working on a local dairy farm. Combined with more than a decade of experience serving producers across the country, Joe’s agricultural background provides him with a practical understanding of farming operations and helps him develop crop insurance and risk-management strategies tailored to each client’s individual needs.

Joe takes pride in building long-term relationships with his clients and providing a high level of personal service. His positive attitude, agricultural experience, and service-oriented approach help him guide producers through their crop insurance decisions and provide support before, during, and after a loss.

Joe lives in Winona Lake, Indiana, with his wife, Aynsley, and their two daughters, Kennedy and Kaylee. The family attends Warsaw Community Church. Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors, particularly hunting, fishing, and caring for his farm.
