Josh grew up in Warsaw, Indiana. Following in the footsteps of his father, Scott Silveus, Josh is a fifth generation crop insurance agent. Josh joined Silveus Insurance Group over six years ago after completing his bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing. He currently focuses mostly on growers in Indiana, but also works with producers in Illinois, Michigan, and Ohio.
Over the years, Josh has found enjoyment working with producers to find the programs that fit them specifically. He looks to provide benefits to his producers by digging into their operation with them and making sure they understand what they are purchasing when it comes to crop insurance. Josh also loves working with producers who have worked with his family for generations and hopes to also build new relationships that will last for generations to come.
When not working to help his producers manage their risk, Josh enjoys hitting the gym to work out and play pickup basketball, as well as watching sports with friends.
