Growing up in Warsaw Indiana, Josh is a fifth generation crop insurance agent. Following in the footsteps of his father, Scott Silveus, Josh joined Silveus Insurance Group over five years ago after completing his bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing. Josh currently focuses mostly on row crop insurance in Indiana, but also works with producers in Illinois, Michigan, and Ohio. When not working to help his producers manage their risk, Josh enjoys hitting the gym to workout and play pickup basketball, as well as watching sports with friends.
Over the last five years, Josh has found enjoyment working with producers to find the programs that fit them specifically. He looks to provide benefits to his producers by digging into their farming operation with them and making sure they understand what they are purchasing when it comes to crop insurance. Josh also loves working with producers who have worked with his family for generations and hopes to also build new relationships that will last for generations to come.
