
Nicole Luety (formerly Nicole Metcalf) grew up in Janesville, WI, on her family’s crop farm. She attended the University of Wisconsin – Platteville, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Business with an emphasis in Commodity and Price Analysis and completed a minor in Business Administration. While attending college, Nicole worked on UW-Platteville Pioneer Research Farm for three years in the dairy program. Upon graduating in 2015, she accepted a job with The DeLong Co., Inc. in Clinton, WI, and teamed up with Silveus Insurance Group as an agent.
Today, employed at Martin Crop Services LLC as a Pioneer Seed Sales Associate in Caledonia, IL, she continues to work with Silveus as a licensed crop insurance agent in WI, IL, and IA. Apart from work, Nicole currently serves as a member on the board of directors for the Ag Business Council of Rock County. She is also a third-generation crop farmer in Rock County, WI, and she farms with her husband, Paul, and his family.
