Kahla Mills, from Gillette, Wyoming, has been involved in the cattle industry for 36 years, as she is a 5th generation rancher in Campbell County, Wyoming. Kahla graduated from Western Dakota Technical Institute with a diploma in Pharmacy Technician. After working in that industry for four years, she worked in the mining industry for a couple of years before eventually ending up back on the ranch. Kahla is the Regional 1 Vice President for the Wyoming Stock Growers Association(WSGA) and a member of the Wyoming Beef Council. She has been with the local, state, and national Cattlewomen since high school. Kahla served as President of the Wyoming Cattlewomen from 2017 to 2019 and is currently active in the American National CattleWomen. In addition, she participated in 4H and FFA and loves to educate about and promote the beef industry in any way she can.
