Andrea grew up in Southeastern Ohio in a small Ohio River town in Meigs County surrounded by vegetable crop operations.\u00a0 She attended The Ohio State \u00a0University, graduating in 1996, with a degree in Agri Business. \u00a0Andrea worked for ADM in the Grain division for five years before joining Cargill in 2001.\u00a0 During her Cargill career she worked eight years in positions focused on grain marketing and risk management and seven years as a Crop Insurance Agent.\u00a0 Andrea is versed in all areas of risk management which is a natural fit for her current occupation as an insurance agent with Silveus Insurance Group.<\/p>\n
Andrea joined Silveus Insurance Group in January 2016 after SIG purchased Cargill\u2019s crop insurance business.\u00a0 She currently serves Ohio, Indiana and Michigan with hopes of expanding into new states and meeting some new faces.\u00a0 Andrea resides on the family farm in Botkins, Ohio with her husband Jeff and their three children Bryce, Brant and Jana.\u00a0 She is very active in her children\u2019s activities including 4H, soccer, basketball, baseball and softball.\u00a0 Her family attends St. Jacobs Lutheran Church in Jackson Center, OH.<\/p>\n
