Lucas received his BS in Business Administration and Marketing\u00a0from Grace College in 2007. He has always enjoyed helping\u00a0people, and started his working career selling tools in the Ag,\u00a0Sports and Industrial markets. He is driven to better anything and\u00a0everything he is involved in, and sees Crop Insurance as a way for\u00a0him to help the American farmer mitigate part of their financial risk.<\/p>\n
When he is not working he enjoys spending time with his wife\u00a0Grace, and their two children Brooklyn and Grant. He also\u00a0enjoys working around their house, hunting, fishing, camping\u00a0and a little golf.<\/p>\n
